Xinyue Luo is currently a visiting doctoral researcher at the Fields Institute, specializing in learning the dynamics of spatial patterns from partial observations. She is pursuing her Ph.D. in Computational Mathematics at Fudan University. She received her B.S. in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
Xinyue’s research spans interdisciplinary fields of Computational Mathematics, including inverse coefficient problems for PDE systems and mechanism-learning methods in applications such as image inpainting and data compression. Her current interests lie at the intersection of AI for Science, providing theoretical guarantees from an inverse problems perspective.
